SUPERVISION

Supervision
Supervision is a confidential, collaborative process in which a psychotherapist or psychoanalyst reflects on their clinical work with an experienced practitioner. It offers a thoughtful space to deepen understanding of the patient, explore the therapist’s responses, consider clinical and ethical questions, and strengthen the quality of care. I offer both individual and group supervision.
In individual supervision, I engage in one-on-one sessions with a supervisee, focusing on their clinical work and personal development. This process involves reflecting on case studies, exploring emotional responses, and providing constructive feedback to enhance therapeutic skills.
In group supervision, I facilitate discussions among multiple supervisees, encouraging collaboration and shared learning. This setting allows participants to gain diverse perspectives, support one another, and collectively address challenges faced in their practice.
